As a Payroll Supervisor at Erajaya, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including processing payroll for over 500 employees, managing payroll software such as SAP and Oracle, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, providing training to staff, and collaborating with external auditors to maintain financial integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Manage payroll software such as SAP and Oracle, ensuring seamless integration with HR and finance systems.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to support the company's financial planning and strategic goals.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on payroll-related matters.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to the finance and HR teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong background in SAP and Oracle payroll systems.
• Certification in payroll processing, such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing payroll for a large organization with over 500 employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages, both written and spoken.
