As the Head of FP&A, you will work closely with senior management to analyze financial data, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets using advanced financial modeling tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met and strategic initiatives are aligned with financial goals.
• Monitor and manage the company's financial performance against budgeted figures, identifying variances and taking corrective actions.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, including scenario analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, applying this knowledge to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their financial analysis skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Proficient in financial modeling tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in CPA, CFA, or similar is a plus.
