As a Logistics Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our international clients and local partners. You will handle the entire logistics process, from the initial documentation to the final delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Shipping Instructions.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processing, including LC opening, negotiation, and payment.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of customs clearance documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues that may arise during the shipment process.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade and logistics to ensure best practices are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade and logistics, preferably in export documentation and shipping.
• Proficient in using logistics and trade software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, HS codes, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with international clients and local partners.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with English is a plus, but proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
