📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the electrical design field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E design for building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Certification in electrical design and project management (e.g., NEC, LEED, or PMP).
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEE, IEC, or ASHRAE).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
