📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote XLSmart products and services to potential customers through various channels, including in-person interactions, social media, and email marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and provide insights to the sales team.
• Drive sales targets by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase XLSmart products and network with potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a preference for fresh graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
