📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement after-sales service plans to meet customer needs and market demands.
• Analyze sales and service data using SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely parts delivery and service appointments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of after-sales service processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in after-sales service.
• Provide training and support to after-sales service teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales service planning or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of automotive after-sales service processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian automotive market and regulations.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
