📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and analyze contract renewal opportunities for existing clients.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for renewal processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage contract renewal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline the renewal process and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract renewals and related communications.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the team on contract renewal status.
- Assist in training and supporting junior team members in contract management tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Proficient in using contract management software such as Salesforce or similar.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
