Mega Insurance is seeking a talented Health Business Improvement Analyst to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our healthcare division's performance through data-driven insights and strategic process improvements.

As a Health Business Improvement Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our healthcare operations.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable recommendations to management based on data insights.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive organizational excellence.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve continuous improvement goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business improvement or data analytics, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
