📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines, specialty grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
• Learn and implement new coffee recipes and brewing techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coffee preparation and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
