Motorized Messenger - Document & Logistics Delivery Specialist

JRS Business Corporation is seeking a dynamic Motorized Messenger to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our document and logistics delivery operations, ensuring seamless service across Bali's most vibrant areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. You'll navigate Bali's bustling streets on a motorbike, delivering documents and packages with precision and efficiency. As a Motorized Messenger, you'll handle a diverse range of deliveries, from urgent documents to bulk logistics, all while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our logistics team, using tools like Google Maps and our in-house delivery management system to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver documents and packages across Bali, focusing on Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
• Navigate Bali's streets efficiently using Google Maps and our in-house delivery management system.
• Maintain and care for the assigned motorbike, ensuring it's in optimal condition for safe and efficient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Adhere to strict delivery schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely and reliable service.
• Handle and secure deliveries, ensuring packages are delivered in good condition.
• Report any issues or incidents related to deliveries, and provide regular updates on delivery status.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in document or logistics delivery, preferably in a fast-paced urban environment.
• Valid motorbike driving license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong navigational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and other navigation tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
