📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient execution
• Oversee the regulatory compliance process, ensuring all products meet international standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product development and regulatory processes
• Conduct risk assessments and manage regulatory risks throughout the product development cycle
• Monitor and report on product development KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes, and advise the team accordingly
• Foster a culture of innovation and compliance within the product development team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance and ensuring product safety
• Strong understanding of international food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, IFS, ISO 22000)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Certification in regulatory affairs or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
