📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts.,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Markdown, XML, or other technical documentation formats.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
