📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Manage administrative tasks including office management, travel arrangements, and vendor management.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
