📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine recruitment needs,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Proven experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
