Mulya Dinamika Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services to support the company's operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting.,Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
