📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
• Stock and organize products in the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Promote products and special offers to encourage customer engagement and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in store maintenance, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring the store is presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Must be available for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
