📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.,Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.,Familiarity with basic food handling and safety procedures.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work arrangement).,Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team.
