PT Property Sejahtera is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, and able to handle a variety of tasks with a smile.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications from guests and visitors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Monitor security and ensure the safety of guests and visitors.
  • Provide information about the property and local attractions.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
