📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Manage store budget and ensure profitability.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
