📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update our IT systems and networks.,Monitor system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Train and educate employees on IT-related topics.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and followed.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies is a plus.
