📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers in selecting the right truck for their needs,Provide information about truck features, specifications, and maintenance,Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests,Promote our products and services to existing and potential customers,Assist in the organization and management of the service center,Provide technical support to customers regarding truck operation and maintenance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience,Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or industrial equipment industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with truck maintenance and repair procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
