📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of store staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with company goals.
  • Monitor store finances and prepare reports for management.
  • Promote and implement customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
