📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.,Schedule appointments and meetings for the management team.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,A friendly and professional demeanor.
