Agung Zahra Fruit is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Department Head in managing and leading the department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing the department's daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee and coordinate departmental activities, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs.,Support the Department Head in developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals.,Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Handle departmental administrative tasks, including budgeting, procurement, and record-keeping.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
