📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing team activities.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Handle team logistics and ensure all necessary resources are available.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.,Support the Captain in managing team communications.,Assist in resolving any team conflicts or issues.
