📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the branch meets its targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained branch.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Manage the branch's budget and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
